Text Message (SMS) Program
When you order online from Guarapo’s we can text you about that order — and nothing else. Here is exactly what we send, how you agree to it, and how to stop it.
Who sends these messages
Guarapo's Cuban Cuisine, 1795 N Congress Ave, Boynton Beach, FL 33426. Phone (561) 752-0272.
The messages are sent on the restaurant’s behalf by Boom Online Ordering, the system that runs our online ordering. The restaurant is the sender; Boom Online Ordering is the platform it sends through.
What this program is
Updates about an order you placed with us online. That is the whole program. These are not marketing or promotional texts, and we do not send marketing by text at all.
Agreeing to these texts is not a condition of purchase. You can order without them, and you will still get your food and your email receipt.
What we send
- Your order has been received and we are preparing it.
- Your order is ready for pickup.
- Your order is out for delivery.
How often
About one to three texts per order. We do not text you between orders.
How you agree to receive them
You give consent at online checkout. The line below sits next to the Place Order button, so you read it before the order is placed, and it is the only place we ask:

Checkout is the only way into this program. There is no text-message sign-up form on this website, we never add a number that did not come to us with an order, and we never use these order texts to market to you.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the texts; your mobile carrier may charge you for receiving them.
How to stop the texts
Reply STOP to any message. That stops them straight away, and we will not text you about orders again unless you ask us to. You can still order exactly as before, online, by phone or in person, and you will still get your email receipt.

Reply HELP to any message, or call the restaurant on (561) 752-0272. For anything in writing, email info@guaraposcubancuisine.us.
Your phone number
Phone numbers and text-message consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We keep your number to send the updates above and to reach you about your order. Our privacy policy sets out what we collect, how long we keep it and how to ask us to delete it.
Delivery of messages
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. A text can arrive late or not at all for reasons outside our control, so if you are waiting on an order and have not heard from us, call the restaurant.

These are the three texts we send, as you would receive them:

- Guarapo's Cuban Cuisine: order #1234 is ready for pickup at 1795 N Congress Ave. Reply STOP to opt out.
- Guarapo's Cuban Cuisine: your order #1234 is on its way. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
The order number shown is an example; yours will be the real one.
